Events at Womrath's

On 4/12 we had the pleasure of meeting Laura Munson at the library. Laura read from her memoir, This Is Not The Story You Think It Is... with such expression that it moved all who attended.

Her enthusiasm was infectious from the moment she came and hugged you to her appreciation for the small audience. If you missed it, you missed a fine author, so watch for her novels when they come out.

Chip Nichols and John Barr stopped by Womrath Bookshop to read and sign their new books and chat with our customers. 

John Barr was here to promote The Hundred Fathom Curve, collected poems of the American cultural landscape from the Vietnam War to 9/11.

In Chip Nichols new novel, The Glamis Curse, the lives of Michael and Judy, two red squirrel twins struggling to grow up in the gray squirrel world of New York's Central Park, intersect with those of a Highlands lass, Lucinda, and her knight protector, Sir Edgar, who have fled there from a deadly foe. And by that intersection, all of their lives are changed forever.
